I had the most pleasant

I had the most pleasant shopping experience with Akazuki. I was first surprised with the reasonable cost of shipping considering merchandise is shipped from Japan. Unfortunately, when I received my order, the cup portion of one chawan mushi set was broken. I contacted the company and I received an expedient reply. The broken piece was replaced shortly thereafter. From placing the initial order, receiving merchandise, contacting Akazuki and receiving replacement mushi-wan, all took place in less than a month time frame. I will be placing another order with them soon!
